Time To End Breast Cancer

Updated: Jan 30, 2023

I am Abi Fine Art Photography is united with The Estée Lauder Companies “in the research, education, and access to medical services to continue improving the lives of the global breast

cancer community”. (ELC Breast Cancer Campaign 2022)

As an advocate of empowered and empowering women, and there is no stronger woman than a breast cancer warrior, we too stand at the forefront in the campaign to raise awareness to this illness. We know that early detection saves lives. Hence by providing free screening and treatments especially for underprivileged women, we are one step closer to ending this disease.

For the month of October, I am Abi Fine Art Photography participated in two very important and relevant events which were spearheaded by Estée Lauder Companies:

LOOK GOOD, FEEL GOOD

7 and 8 October 2022, SM Megamall Atrium

The Estée Lauder Companies brought together breast cancer survivors from Kasuso Foundation and ICanServe for an afternoon of wellness talks and make-over sessions. I am Abi Fine Art Photography joined in the festivities by providing a photo wall for the photo opportunity of the breast cancer warriors.

THE PINK BALL

13 October 2022, Shangrila The Fort

The fundraising charity gala aimed to raise Php6M to support 4,000 free mammograms for underprivileged women. The event went over and beyond their target figure through the generous support of various celebrities, social media influencers and society’s A-listers.

Some of the attendees were Ms. Tessa Prieto-Valdes (one of the creators of The Pink Ball), Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera, Ms. Annette Gozon, Mr. TIm Yap, Dra. Vicky Belo and Dr. Hayden Kho, Ms. Korina Sanchez-Roxas, Mr. Mavic Legaspi and Ms. Kyline Alcantara, Ms. Sofia Andres, Dra. Aivee Teo and Dr. Z’Shen Teo, and Ms. Small Laude, to name a few…

While the activities have ended, the battle does not stop here. We continue the awareness campaign…we continue the fight…until we end this disease. Contact Kasuso Foundation or ICanServe Foundation to see how you can help.
