One of our advocacies at I am Abi Fine Art Photography is to showcase independent, strong, and empowered women. Who fits this better than the Sea Princess, Ms. Tessa Prieto-Valdes. Tessa is a mother, an Interior Designer, a columnist, an athlete, a philanthropist, and, most recently, a grandmother. A woman who lives life to the fullest and is gifted with the most vibrant personality. She is one of the best examples of an empowered woman.
We initially thought of taking simple photos of Tessa. However, she wanted a more festive concept to show that we must continue to celebrate life despite everything that is happening. We still have a reason to be joyful and grateful. We couldn’t agree more.
Tessa gave us the challenge of creating a jungle-themed concept for her creative photoshoot. Something wild, vivid, and picturesque, to match her gorgeous gowns! And so began hours of laborious work to build an indoor jungle fit for a queen. To complete our Jungle Beats styling, we contacted a (legitimate) bird handler who lent us their most beautiful parrots, who fit the styling perfectly with their bright and colorful feathers.
