Cancellation Policy
1) Scope & Definitions Class / Workshop means any scheduled, limited-seat learning session within the Conference. Eligible Ticket Types include: One Pass Workshop, ALL-IN, VIP, or a separately purchased Workshop ticket (each, an “Eligible Ticket”). Strictly max 30 students per class. Seats will never exceed 30. 2) Eligibility Only holders of an Eligible Ticket may book or attend a class. General Admission without a workshop entitlement may not join unless a separate Workshop has been purchased. 3) Capacity, Priority & Waitlist Capacity: strictly max 30 students per class. Priority: Online-booked students are prioritized. Walk-in / Non-registered students may join only if they hold a valid Eligible Ticket and seats are available. Waitlist: When a class is full, a waitlist will be opened. First-come, first-served order will be observed for seat releases. 4) One Class Per Timeslot If two (2) or more classes run at the same time, a student may only select one. The system and on-site staff may cancel overlapping bookings made for the same timeslot. 5) Booking, Check-In & Seat Release Online Booking: Use the official booking link/app. You’ll receive a confirmation QR/e-ticket. Check-in Window: Arrive at the classroom at least 15 minutes before the start time. Seat Release: 5 minutes before class starts, unclaimed seats may be released to waitlisted students (first-come, first-served). Bring a valid ID and your ticket/QR for verification. 6) Cancellations & No-Shows Cancel online ≥ 12 hours before the class to free the slot for others. Late cancellations / No-shows may result in: loss of that booking privilege for the day, and/or restriction from booking additional sessions, to ensure fairness to other students. 7) Substitutions & Transfers Name changes are NOT ALLOWES. On-site substitutions are at the Organizer’s discretion and subject to ID and ticket verification. 8) Code of Conduct, Safety & Respect (Zero-Tolerance) To ensure a safe, professional learning space: Observe respect toward models, speakers, staff, and fellow students at ALL TIMES Touching our models is strictly prohibited. Any unwelcome physical contact, harassment, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal and may lead to a ban from the conference venue without refund. Follow staff instructions and house rules. Keep aisles clear; no blocking exits. Disruptive behavior (e.g., heckling, harassment, intoxication, unsafe equipment use) is prohibited.
